よくある質問

荷物を預けるといくらかかりますか。

料金は時間制で、1 日の上限があります。一定時間を超えると、荷物を一日中預けても料金は増えません。料金はロッカーのサイズによって決まります。合計は支払い前に表示され、その後変わりません。保証金は不要です。

予約は必要ですか。直接行ってもよいですか。

Yes, always through the site — even at the door, by scanning the QR code on the sign. The premises are self-service, with no staff. Pick a size and a time, pay by card and get your PIN and QR code straight away. In summer and on cruise days book ahead: lockers run out.

営業時間を教えてください。

24 時間営業。臨時休業を含む最新の営業時間は、常に拠点のページに掲載しています。

場所はどこですか。どう行けばよいですか。

Via Villareale 31, 90139 Palermo。Teatro Politeama まで徒歩 4 分、Teatro Massimo まで 6 分、Mercato del Capo まで 9 分。下に各観光地までの徒歩時間と、スマートフォンで開ける経路があります。

ロッカーはどうやって開けますか。

After payment you get a PIN and a QR code. Type the PIN on the locker keypad or show the QR code to the reader. Both work for the whole booking, up to 20 openings. Lost the PIN? Open your booking page with the code in your email: the QR code is always there.

どんなサイズがありますか。スーツケースは入りますか。

サイズは3種類。小はバッグやリュック、中は機内持ち込みサイズ、大は大型スーツケース向けです。各ロッカーは幅 40 cm・奥行 81 cm で、高さは 41 cm・55 cm・84 cm。予約時に荷物を入力すると、適したサイズを自動で判定します。

大きな荷物は預けられますか？

No: the premises are self-service and there is no desk. Everything must fit inside a closed locker; the largest is 40 × 84 × 81 cm. Bicycles, open pushchairs, boards and oversized suitcases cannot be stored. If you need a bike, we rent them.

受取時刻を過ぎて戻った場合はどうなりますか。

Your luggage stays where it is: nobody touches it. After the booked time you have 15 minutes of grace; then each started hour costs the size’s late rate, from €1.19 an hour (see the price table), still within the daily cap. No fixed penalty. If you already know you will be late, extend from your booking page: the locker stays yours.

荷物は安全ですか。

The premises are under video surveillance around the clock and open only with a valid code. Every opening is logged with date, time and the code used: no locker opens without leaving a trace. Please still do not leave cash, jewellery or valuables above the limit in the terms of service.

預けられないものは何ですか。

引火性・爆発性のあるもの、武器および弾薬、違法な物質や物品、生きた動物、生鮮食品、および規約に定める上限を超える貴重品です。最新の一覧は拠点のページに掲載しており、ご予約時に同意いただきます。

予約の取消や変更はできますか。

はい。お渡ししたコードで予約ページからどちらも行えます。開始の 60 分前までのキャンセルは無料で、同じ支払い方法に全額返金されます。それ以降は返金できません。ロッカーをお客様のために確保していたためです。延長はいつでも可能です。

支払い方法を教えてください。

カードのみ：予約時にオンラインで、Apple Pay・Google Pay も可。現地に現金や端末はなく、デポジットもありません。
