How much does it cost to leave luggage?

You pay by the hour, with a daily cap: past a certain point the price stops rising, even if you leave the bag all day. The rate depends on the locker size. You see the total before you pay and it does not change afterwards. On the larger sizes a deposit is held on your card; it is not charged, and it is released when you collect.

Do I need to book, or can I just turn up?

Either works. Booking online holds the locker and the price, and you have fifteen minutes to complete payment before it goes back into the pool. If you turn up without a booking we serve you at the desk while lockers are free — in summer and on cruise days they fill early.

When are you open?

Open 24 hours. Current hours, including any exceptional closures, are always on the location page.

Where are you and how do I get there?

Via Divisi 76/78, 90133 Palermo. We are in the historic centre, a short walk from via Maqueda and the Ballarò market, about ten minutes on foot from the central station.

How do I open the locker?

After payment you get a PIN and a QR code. Type the PIN on the locker keypad, or show the QR code to the reader. Both are valid for the whole booking, and you can open and close as often as you like, up to the number of openings shown. If you lose the PIN, a member of staff opens the locker once they have checked who you are.

What sizes are there? Will my suitcase fit?

Five sizes, from extra small for a day pack to extra large for a pushchair or three suitcases. During booking you tell us what you are carrying and the system works out the right size, and tells you how much room is left over — you do not have to measure anything yourself.

Can I leave a bicycle, a pushchair or something oversized?

Items that do not fit the largest locker — bicycles, surfboards, luggage over a metre and a half — are left at the desk and kept by us directly. Come in or write first: capacity for oversized items is limited.

What happens if I come back after my pick-up time?

Your bag stays exactly where it is; nobody touches it. A late fee does apply, made up of a fixed amount plus an hourly charge past your time, which depends on the locker size. If you already know you will be late, extend the booking from your booking page — it costs less than the fee.

Is my luggage safe?

The lockers are on premises that are staffed during opening hours. Every opening is recorded, whether by PIN, by QR code or by a member of staff, so there is always a record of who opened which locker and when: no locker opens without leaving a trace. We still ask you not to leave cash, jewellery or valuables above the limit set in the terms of service.

What am I not allowed to leave?

Flammable or explosive material, weapons and ammunition, illegal substances and goods, live animals, perishable food, and valuables above the limit set in the terms. The full, current list is on the location page and you accept it during booking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Both options are on your booking page — enter the code we gave you. Cancelling before the storage starts is free, or subject to a reduced fee depending on how close you are; the exact terms are shown before you confirm.

How can I pay?

By credit or debit card only: online when you book, or at the desk on the card terminal. We do not accept cash. The deposit on the larger sizes is held on the card, not charged.
